CWS Logistics Ltd. runs on a flat hierarchy, with facility managers at each location. This allows us to be nimble and able to adjust quickly to market changes and customer requirements.

All of our managers and head-personnel have had years of experience in related fields, with many having built their backgrounds right from driving and working in the warehouses, to overseeing, supervising and management positions.

Collectively, the CWS team has approximately 138 years of managerial experience in the field.
