CWS Logistics Ltd. runs on a flat hierarchy, with a facility manager and a transportation manager at each location. This allows us to be nimble and able to adjust quickly to market changes and customer requirements.

All of our managers have years of experience in related fields, with many having built their backgrounds right from driving and working in the warehouses, to overseeing, supervising and management positions within CWS.

Collectively, the CWS team has over 150 years of managerial experience in the field.
